Very very worst service.. I booked my parcel to shamsabad ( 17 km from my delivery place ). But these peoples were keep my parcel in another branch(which is 110 kms from my delivery place). I tried many times to get my parcel but om logistics staff's are not response properly and i called customer care to get help from area manager he was also tried to help me (i think so) but he can't. Finally i received my parcel on 6 th day. ( i got parcels in other logistics in 4 days.). Because of these stupids i lost my sales around 80,000 ruppes. I never suggeste to any one of my friends ( even enemy). Stupids...i don't like to give single star.. If it is not i can't give this feed back....
