I recently had a terrible experience with Ecom Express delivery agency. I ordered something online and was promised a delivery within four days. I waited for the delivery for a week with no word from the delivery agency. When I called them to inquire, I was told that my delivery was on its way and that it would arrive soon. After another week, I still hadn't received my order. When I called again, I was told that the order had been lost and that I would have to wait for a refund. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this delivery agency to anyone.

Pathetic service They will call you from landline number where we can’t call back despite putting MPIN n all . Unprofessional attitude if you have word with them & straightaway mark your address as untraceable. It's been 4 days since my products arrived at their delivery center. Firstly I thought there must be a technical issue then I found out the agent supposed to deliver my courier sent it back to the delivery center without my knowledge. I called the main office for help they said your address was incorrect. How can I get other couriers at the same address if it's incorrect. These people are so irresponsible and unprofessional. They don't have any ethics 😡😡😡
