The post office at Dhayari is relatively small but services are fast. My parcel got delivered within 4 days. As it is government owned, the charges are relatively less. Other services are also provided there. However they won't accept any online payment, need to pay cash only.

Most of the bad experiences have come from the post office staff. After standing in line for one to half hour, when approaching the counter, the staff there says speedpost bar code is over (atleast a notice can be written and put on the counter but they don't do this) and says to post the register.. which is to be speedposted for quick delivery of the packet of documents. .. how barcodes run out at the beginning of the week... Don't you want to plan? Even parcels from outside the village are not received on time and quickly.
