Totally unprofessional courier. They would not deliver the packages on time. The package would stay in their Medavakkam office for 2 or 3 days every time without delivering to you. This is guaranteed to happen every time. After 2 or 3 day they would call you and get it from somewhere. Even an ordinary post via Postal department would be delivered faster than this company.

Worst possible service. The man counter is a rude old man who doesn't even answer to questions asked. He simply shouts for no reason. I sent a letter in express with urgent priority, they said it will reach by the next day. Three days now, no response and parcel not delivered. COMPLETELY USELESS. They charged 100Rs for a 100gm document and haven't sent it till now!

The service quality is poor day by day, The delivery boys are rude and some time they report their office as door locked without visiting premises. I was a corporate customer for the last 8 years, but recent times their Services, staff behavior, delivery time etc are very poor. at some places they dont deliver on time n takes 3 - 4 days, at some places they demand us to collect at their store. I feel that this is because of their franchise operations are not good enough to handle their franchise partner. If this is continues, then Professional courier will be in only on history for sure...

When delivering a courier to madambakkam(which is 5km for medavakkam), they state that if it is not picked up in Medavakkam, they will send it to Guindy, then to Selaiyur, and finally, on the third day, they will deliver it. Very worse service.
