Moved into smaller office on the same road, so may be difficult to spot easily. Courteous helpful service. Compared to others like DTDC is faster. This location office is ok. It is very expensive compared to dtdc. Also the dispatch office in hyderabad is very unprofessional when it comes to delivering couriered documents. My document reached the centre on 17th or 18th, but delivery happened only on 22nd. That also happened after I called their hyderabad/secunderabad centre given in the tracker. The person who picked up the call was extremely rude and she spoke in take or leave I don't care manner. Bottom line never use this courier service.

Worst service , Never had this kind of courier service, even banjarahills branch manager Mohan and Rajamundry branch manager kamlesh don't have knowledge on pin code ,took 6 days to deliver parcel after reaching to banjara hills hub, saying a simple reason they don't have service in banjarahills, imagine if you are bit far from usually location, even head office is not responding to phone calls, delivery guys yadagiri and srinivas yadav are not interested to work and always asking to collect parcel in half way, at last I took my parcel in Srinagar colony which has to be delivery in banjarahills, I will never use this service and not recommended too , I had to contact so many people to collect my parcel

The wost service I haven't seen till yet ...after parecl reaching to the office also they are keeping with them for more than 4 days and after if we call ask us to pick up or they will send as their wish . Even after the delivery guy Ramesh is so rude .can't know how to talk to coustmer and arguing with me. Can't able to wait for 5 mins. Worst courier service.
