Shri Gautam Patel is in charge of DTDC Harinagar. Gautam Bhai is an example of humanity in today's world. We have been abroad for two years due to covid. I have not yet met Gautam bhai in person. We got their number from Google and requested that our medicine can be sent abroad. His quick reply was "don't worry uncle. I will manage everything". Since two years now every three months, Gautam bhai has been going to our doctor and taking prescriptions, paying consultation fees on our behalf, going to the prescription drug store and buying medicines and couriering them to us with service.
