I sent a package to HongKong, it was pickup service arranged by Insta360 to pick up my damaged Insta360 X2. All good but these guys are over cautious, despite everything arranged by Insta360, DHL guy took an indemnity letter from me that DHL will not be responsible for further damage... Seriously?? If anything happens in transit who should be held responsible...me or DHL ??
