Had a very bitter experience today with the representative. I have enquired if there is a same day delivery to Hyderabad as it was mentioned in DHL same-day website The guy responded so sarcastically and asked me to show proof where was it written. When I showed the website, he was saying rudely that I misunderstood and did a mockery that do I think that their guy will pick immediate flight and go to Hyderabad to deliver my shipment. When I checked in another DHL office, they said same day delivery is for only international. Can't he say this initially when I asked instead of doing sarcasm.
