Unreliable they should be named unprofessional couriers took 4 days to deliver courier within Mumbai itself. The staff is unfriendly as well no one helps to track the courier. Better use Government Post that would give a much better service

Totally 'un'professional. I had sent courier to Indore on 17/08/2019 and I was told the shipment would reach on 19/08/2019 . The delivery was delayed by 3 days. In between when I tried to ask about the delivery status by calling the customer care ,they could not even give a proper answer . Instead, they asked me to call up the delivery guy in Indore . But to my dismay even the delivery guy had switched off his mobile phone. I had to contact Indore office too but the response was not satisfactory.

Sent a courier from mumbai to Chandigarh on 5/3/17 and there has been no update on its whereabouts since 7/3/17. Very unprofessional. What is the use of paying high amount for this much delay?
