The delivery guy Mr.Kumar is very rude and arrogant! He says , don’t place online orders if you can’t give change money ! Was giving him exact change money as he asked - then he said he doesn’t accept change in coins ! Money is money - it shouldn’t matter to him , if I give in coin or currency note . Also the best part - he was asking me to pay him ₹30 EXTRA than the amount mentioned . #unsatisfiedcustomer

Such a worst experience never I have ever had with the ecom express. My suggestion , please don't order and don't do online payment, through ecom express. They are not good in customer service and can't able to talk with the respective persons who do delivery of products.

The worst kind of service.... Customer care is not working. Irresponsible answer when we go in person... The parcels are not delivered but it's simply returned to the supplier saying that the address is incorrect.. these people don't even try to contact the customer over phone.. Ecom agent contact number in the website is fake... It's saying that plz check the number you have dialled. Unreliable and unworthy.

The delivery guy refused to deliver netmeds items because I couldn't provide otp (issue with airtel). I was at the right address and right person but they believe only otp. Poor State of digital world. After that they never attempted delivery again. Fed up with ecom and netmeds.

Very very worst services.. no office ..no contact number and they made fraudulent status without contacting consumer . Past two days status are out for delivery.. I am getting courier within 3 hours after reach madurai hub. But Ecom express status are past two days out for delivery,, if they came also by walk courier would be delivered...their company name Ecom express..it is not exprees it's expiry courier

delivery person took a return product from me and kept it for himself without updating in the system. While trying to raise complaint with Ecom express to give the local madurai branch number or delivery person details. They said they can't provide the information without AWD number. If he didn't updated the system how come there will be AWD number? Wort and very pathetic delivery partner and customer service too

Worst service.ordered an item on first cry and always failing to deliver.always getting a message saying failed to deliver at home as person not available at home but peoples are at home.courier person giving a missed call.when trying to call him back is not picking up the phone.phone number of the local office given online is bogus.this courier service looks like a total scam.dont send anything through this courier.use a better service in the market.expect first cry to take necessary action on this courier or else firstcry is going to loose their customer for sure.regret ordering items On first cry online.
