Very bad courier service, ZERO rating for them , and please don't pick assignment if you unable to deliver at RCF hussainpur side area. Just name is professional but work is totally unprofessional.

Pathetic service of the professional courier service kapurthala branch. It's the 4th time that my parcel came through them and they Haven't delivered. They never call to inform and i have to track and mostly the courier would be lying with them from 2-3 days. When i would enquire they would say i have to go and pick it up. They had never delivered it to my home ever. Their way of talking is so arrogant

Worst service ever. My parcel is missing from 12 days. Professional courier says they have no service in Kapurthala when i can see this listing online. The parcel reached Ambala on Dec 24th and no sign of it after that. And it's 2nd Jan now. The branch nor the courier company ever contacted me to inform where my parcel is. Most times your product reaches damaged with this courier. Not trustworthy at all. Do not use them.
