One of the worst courier services. Even though address was correct, they insisted that it needed corrections and I need to pay for it. I tried to pay as per their instructions many times but payment was somehow failing and they did not allow us to pick up the package manually and pay there in the office, neither were they able to give any other option like internet banking etc for payment. They have simply blocked my package and so far refusing to deliver it or let me pick up at their centre.

I got a call from their MIDC office which is near aims hospital, saying that your parcel is come and we don't deliver at your location, so please come and collect it, once i collected but they always ask us to come and collect even after charging the home delivery charges... Worst service and later when we ask to speak to their senior and get back they don't do that also nor they answer the call....

Very bad service ...if you call for your order they will give another number and switch off their phone.. At least speak and reply if you can't deliver why you are opened .how will we know what exactly we can do. Useless I have called 10 times and their answer is will let you and sharing other mobile number.. Frustrated

Worst service and worst employee. These people are rude, charge high and will take no responsibility of your package. I have sent one courier on urgent basis, they charge high, assuring timely delivery but they send my courier at wrong destination and on complaining they started giving lame excuses. Anjani Courier( situated next to it), is the best one, it charges reasonably and will deliver your package as per commitment.

Very worst service. They pick up the call and give other contact number. i myself went to their office after a week and collected my order . If order comes.. let us know . I reach there they are telling you order just came in the morning. Why we are paying you for courier service. My courier came from lonavla it doesn't takes weeks time to deliver.
