Very bad delivery service. NEVER USE THIS COURIER SERVICE.The agents were very attituded . My order not delivered at home . I was forced to to go in branch and get delivery . The agent said if you want then come in office otherwise we will send it back from where it came .it should be delivered within 12 days but i received after 18 days. Very bad service 🤮.worst service

Very much costly (around 160 per kgs) compared to other courier services (around 60-80 per kgs). Maruti courier charging of Air Charges for Surface. They gave GST bill but set-off credit not available since GSTIN of customer not being updated in the system. Also wrong information by delivery person. They don't even have courtesy to even call back. Today, I personally collected my parcel which was scheduled delivery on yesterday. I won't recommend to anyone. Plz cross-check with other courier services like Shree Anjani, Trackon, Professional instead of Maruti courier.

Worst ever courier, specially Dahisar East Branch - Who damages by Mr Tushar, who don't care to call back, reply and update on delivery details. 1) He took Air fair with premium charges 2) Materials supposed to deliver in 48 hrs, reached on 5 th day, after sooooo many follow ups with Hyderabad team. 3) Customer support is joke.....no reply, just an apology 4) When we demand for refund, no reply. In fect they dont care about customer. Please dont send anything from Dahisar East branch. Shree Puthetic courier services pvt ltd co.
