Horrible experience. The delivery guy says that he hasn't picked up the order and claims false status. They don't even pick up the call. They make the worst experience for delivering. Don't trust this service. I could have given 0 stars if there was an option.

One of the wrost courier services. They do not even make attempt to call or deliver parcel on top update false status stating customer wasn't available, no sufficient cash blah blah. No basic ethics of resolving the complaints within the agreed TAT. It's just waste of time money and energy if anyone chooses this courier services. Note all sellers if you really wanna make your customers happy and do more business with you better choose other courier service not this pathetic service provider (highly doubt if they interested in providing appropriate courier service to people)

Don't trust this agency , they have not delivered 2 of my consignment one in Dec and another on the 7th March. Though you get an sms saying delivered and you don't get the product , may be the delivery person is thriving the product . I will not trust, and nay amount of call to customer service says we are looking into it and you will get a call in 24 hours and you don't get any call and your repeated call or speaking to their supervisor ( which they don't connect) also get any response. In my this is a fraud agency
