Very bad service. They didn't atten calls. And the information they provide in the status page also wrong. They provide delivery person name and number and I called that number but he replied that he quit his job last year. Worst service and also they didn't deliver on time. Really don't know whether they delivery my parcel or not

Had a bad experience with their delivery system. They received my parcel from tvl 4 days ago. But still I'm waiting for it. Not only this branch but their HO also didn't support customer.lastv4 days tracking details indicates out for delivery.. they suck😞

Worst experience every single time. They never delivered it to my home. The delivery person is irresponsible & delivers my parcel in a shop which is 1km from my home. Better they can close their outlet. For your reply:- ( rathar than defending yourself..,, do a good job. I insisted him to deliver only once & other 3 times he did it by himself. And yesterday yeah i told him to deliver in the shop coz everytime he calls me & says he has no option. My only fear is that my parcel will go back. I do run a business unlike you i take it very seriously so yeah i wanted it urgently. And informed all vendors not to send through ST courier. If you're still not accepting your fault & replying like you did a great job, i won't think again to sue you.
