The company changed the status to delivered without delivering the good. We reached their office to collect the material and the guy named Jinna was very rude. Not sure if he is the manager but was laughing and even mentioned to report a complaint to Supreme court if we would like to. Never experienced a behaviour like this from a courier company.

Their system absolutely perfect. When I book the parcel immediately getting SMS messages to sender as well as receiver and while delivery immediately we are getting SMS for sender and receiver. We can able to see delivery proof. On time delivery for fast track and normal delivery one or two day delays happen that's also acceptable. Overall 100% satisfaction with their services.

Their delivery area is in and around their office. They dont deliver to customer place. You ask for any area in Madurai, they will say they dont have service.We have to go and pickup the materials from their office.It is like Lorry office and Godown delivery. Your should go to their offfice after lot of followup and take the delivery. They also dont inform you that the materials has reached but they will sent back if you dont collect within a week.
