Delivery boy kept on ringing bell continously, and banging on iron grill. When i opened the door and asked why he was doing so he screamed how are we to know anyone at home so until you open door we will do this. When i refused the consignment due his behaviour, he said nahi chahiye to ja, chal phut aage badh and lots of abuse. Launching FIR.

Useless service… they couldn’t locate one of the most famous localities of Pune and didn’t bother to even call and when I tried calling, they could not connect the call using the PIN number !! I hope they wind up operations soon !!

I would like to give them negative rating. Ecom Express is THE WORST delivery service in India. I had a Very bad experience with them. I placed the order from the e-commerce website on 29th July 2022 , The parcel reached my city and nearby destination on 31st July, Today is 9th Aug I am writing this review, I have still not received the item yet. The customer care service is very unprofessional, they suggested me to pick the order from the warehouse, and when I reached the warehouse the shop was closed, I called the customer care service, they said the shop is closed due to internal issue and will open after 11th Aug. Very unprofessional behaviour by the team. The customer care representative was talking in rude language too. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DONT TRUST THEM.

Worst Experience. I ordered smart watch from Noise website on 22nd Jun. Product delivered in Pune Hub at 25th Jun and till 30th Jun product is not delivered from Ecom Express. From 29 to 30th Jun product is in Destination Hub. Not sure why they are taking more than 2 days from Destination hub to destination address.

I want to give them negative ratings, however that isn't possible here. This is by far the worst delivery service in India. Horrible experience. My item has reached my city since 10 days & my delivery area about 9 days ago however the delivery executives are liars and extremely unprofessional. There's not a single phone number to call on. The pin that they themselves send along with the phone number doesn't work or is considered wrong by their own system. Check their other reviews also. They're similar. Clearly it's a systemic issue. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE TO SEND ANYTHING. YOU WILL DEFINITELY END UP IN A LOSS AS THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK, Nor do their phone numbers.

I wish I could give half star to this Bogus courier company. I even did not receive any call. And they are saying customer is not receiving calls. And showed notification that parcel is undelivered. And today it showing addres is incorrect. Even received multiple parcels till date on same address 😡pathetic service and very touching toll free no. They ask to enter pin no after calling their customer care. After entering pin it says pin is wrong which is provided by themselves only. I wish I could bann this company 😡😡😡

I hv read all comments below and i m totally shocked. I thought that i am only facing this issue, but 90% comments are relatable with mine. My parcel shows out for delivery on 23rd Mar and nw it's 29th mar and not delivered yet. Taking follow up from last 3 days, every time they told me apko 8 baje tak parcel delivered ho jaega. And then I got msg unable to deliver, as the address is incomplete. Bt with the same delivey partner I got my 2 parcels on time. I tried calling 8-10 times on executive no which I get from msg, he received the calls and disconnect . Such a horrible experience with ecom express. I wish I could give u 0 star.

Very Unprofessional company. They provide false pin so we cannot contact the delivery agents. My delivery product was not delivered even 6 days after the delivery date. I received sms stating product is out for delivery and with an hour another sms that the delivery has failed as address is unlocated. They don't even show any efforts for delivery plus all the numbers provided by them are usless. This delivery company should not be trusted at all. Please avoid it at any cost.
