Third Class people with senseless manner. Dont talk and dont behave properly with customer. I have ordered many parcel from VRL logistics from last 3 years and the same thing is happening all the time. They Dont care and co operate with customer. You have to take parcel by yourself from the store, then why they charge 30 or 40 rupees extra for handling and de loading the parcel. Their employees will look at you but dont help to pick up parcel. Very third class service and nonsense people. Try professional courier or Indian post or any other.
