Worst service, their staff and manager have a lot of ego. They don't have people to pack and load. All the packages have to be brought from their warehouse. Later we will install people and load it. But they will bring Beni from his warehouse. Then come to Nike yourself. Otherwise pay 300/- extra to bring it from empty warehouse to his ofc. They will talk on the personal phone, the customer will be standing and thinking. The online phone number will never be called. Even if it is called, it will not be received. This is my experience.

This location is wrong. I went there and was disappointed. The actual location is on the left side of the main road when coming from the Rajmahal square. The nearest landmark is Star Wine Shop. There is another location available in Google map please check that.

TCI.. zero star rated customer care and very poor delivery.. they charge lot of extra money under various heads and do not give any response.. behaviour by godown staff is hell.. they charge loading unloading fees again even after its being paid as per the bill.... they do not have policy to be follwed and they work as per their own will.. do not book any parcel through TCI or you will cry for the delivery..

My experience is not good with TCI. They have changed the office and not updated it in google maps. Moreover, the number they have called me always shows busy. They have not made slopes in order to move two wheeler from store. I requested several times to the office staffs at least move my vehicle from godown. They demanded Rs.100 from me in order to place vehicle from store to road. Really, it shows the ways to exploit the needy customers. I have complained in their official website but no action taken in this regard.
