Very very bad service...the old man's behaviour is very bad...I have experience with many dtdc counters in kerala..I m always using DTDC..but malappuram branch is horrible ...no.1 worst DTDC branch in kerala... Charges also high...dear DTC pls suspend the contract with that irresponsible person

1 star less - because they don't deliver to your home despite the name DTDC ( door to door courrier) . 4 stars- Because of the timely information being provided about our courrier through a phonecall and also helps in good packaging of the courriers to be sent! Overall best courrier service at affordable rates in Malappuram!!

I reached the office on 10/1/2022 th and they contact cheitheela...when I called and asked they said no..then on 25/1/2022 when I called they are there..you called and didn't get it..not even a miss call came to my mobile...due to busyness Then they said arguments like why didn't you call...very bad..they gave delivered on the site without telling me..there is a limit to bad behavior and this is beyond that..

So far, there are only a few positive reviews. A few amazon orders have come through this way. But, they don't have any home delivery. Go there and get it. Being close I didn't find it a problem. And, courier rate... I sent an item weighing 2.4KG and bought the rate as 3KG. Don't know why.

DTDC, parcel charge is quite high compared to other parcel courier services in Malappuram, apart from the weight of cargo, they are charging for the dimension too. Simply a parcel weighing 1 kg, they charge us with 70 rs, which is quite high, along with its dimension it may go high upto 150..
