Not at all customer friendly. They want to collect parcel from their office instead of delivering it to your doorstep. They are taking delivery charges but still not delivering rather insisting to collect it from their office. Very unprofessional behaviour. Don't choose them. Other courier services are giving very good service. I want a ZERO star to give.

You have to collect the parcel from their office. They are ruling like a boss which completely opposite to growth of private business. Even SBI Changed their strategy to compete with market .

They dont know professional ethics. They somehow collect your parcel by falsely promising to deliver on 3rd day. But cant rather they wont. They took my package on 24th Aug, kept it aside at Serampore the next whole day, at night it was sent to Kolkata Airport on 25th and reached there on 26th early morning. Then they loaded to plane on 27th morning. Imagine they took 3 whole day just to load to plane. This is service for dtdc express. Charge is higher than normal. Today is 30th and not delivered yet. Chose any other courier seevice or India post but not DTDC.

They will insist you to collect package from Office . Even Indian post provide door step delivery . Such a poor service by well known private company . They are loosing ground slowly for non professional behavior. My suggestion is go with even Indian post not DTDC. I have already gave alert to amazon seller also not to send parcel with DTDC as I have received organic India product from Amazon through DTDC which I have collected from their office . Their moto is either collect it from office or we will return choice is your . Such a shame.

The worst courier service i have ever experienced....They will just call u and say collect the product inspite of giving delivery to ur door step as promised.if you request them to deliver the product to ur home then they will tell u to collect or they will put you in an awkward position by returning the product...I will recommend everybody to avoid this kind of service..Pls go for Ecom Express,Bluedart,Delhivery...THEY are more helpful and provide good service..Thank u.so.TARAKESWAR DTDC don't deserve a single star.
