Worst branch of VRL to get Service . No staff member listens . Talks so rudely . Lunch time starts at 12:30 and ends at 2:30 pm. They say it's 24×7 service , but all staff members comes around 11 Am . Listening to staff talking i assume all of them belongs to same place.

This branch office is by far one of the WORST I’ve ever seen. They made me come for 5 days repeatedly just to get 1 big parcel delivered. Very bad staffing, no cooperation towards customers. Really hated it
