The lady operates this franchise, calls everytime there is a courier to say that they have some excuse not to home deliver. Then after you break your head with it, she reluctantly comes to deliver. This time when she came to deliver she was rude and almost behaved like she is doing a favor by delivering the product to me. If you have trouble delivering at home through a service which is meant to home deliver, you might as well close your office. What i have learnt from others is she does it with everyone mostly. Calls and says we are not home delivering, each time a different excuse.
