Very disappointed about their services.the staffs are rude in behaviour.they are telling we don't know anything about the parcel. It is the responsibility to deliver the parcel to the right place or atleast inform the owner we are delivering the parcel here.I lost my valuable parcel.my request don't choose this courier

They try their best to not deliver the things they have. And respond vaguely and unprofessionally when we enquire about the delivery. It's less like a courier service and more like a landmark where you can pick things up. Please Never send anything through them for the sake of receivers.

Today, I had a very unfortunate and bad experience dealing with your valanchery DTDC branch office. They did not contact me when my parcel arrived and, when I called to follow up, they were behaved in very unprofessional and rude manner, and agent was blaming me and kept saying I didn’t responding his calls, which is not the case. Without even leaving a text of my parcel arrival, they have sent my parcel back. It is not the first time they had done this. I will not recommend DTDC courier to anybody, if they want a quality service for the money they are paying.
