Worst courier office. My courier was international - no one answers your call - they charge extra for packing and will dump everything in one box and parcel. - they have no idea about what items can be sent and what cannot, I had to call and visit the office more than 15 times to get a response that the return items are in a locker and the person is on leave. - I got the undeliverable items back after more than a month and they don't return the money back. The items returned were close to 3 kgs and I paid them for nothing. - there were food items and they unpacked, mixed two items in one and sent. The receiver has to discard it. Dealing with them is like entering a black hole, you will not know whats happening because there will be 0 response and a 1000 lies.
