The courier service providers are holding back my courier at their office and not delivering on time. While booking it was promised to deliver today 26th August. The item reached at last point of delivery on 25th of august. Since then they are asking to go and collect it from them. Is this for courier we pay ? They have to deliver to door. I contacted them 3 times and they have been always rude to me and was asking me to collect or they will deliver whenever they get time and can be next week. It’s not the first time or I am not the first victim of this DTDC office. I have complained over phone in your customer service and was promised to get delivered today and that also didn’t happen. It is really frustrating and disappointing. Never ever trust this guys. The worst is the attitude of the person. “If I get time , I will deliver”, “it’s not worth delivering one at a time”, Pathetic
