They sometimes misplaces your stuff. Charges 100rs as godown charge other than shipping charges. But they are very helpful in case you need any kind of help you can call there customer care which they answer at very first time and speaks very politely. Staff is too good. 4 stars only because I received my package little late but I experienced there professional behavior which was commendable. Godown is easily accessible and parking is also available.

Location & service ok parcel tracking also been updated on phone regularly .But when they charge xtra over way bill is quite annoying & unclear it needs to be clear .rest ok ok.

Rude staff, not cooperative. They dont provide location of the warehouse. Very difficult to get goods delivery. They work like sarkari babus.
