One of the worst courier services I have ever experienced. They have named it as courier service and these people want us to collect the courier from their office where as it is their duty to deliver the parcel to our house. I don't understand how are they adhering themselves to what they have mentioned. Staffs were very rude when I had called them to check on the status of my parcel delivery. After multiple follow up calls they delivered my courier after keeping it 3 days in their office. Please do not opt for DTDC courier services especially in Hospet.

Today in went to send my parcel at DTDC. One of the staff was very rude and he doesn't know how to behave. It's better not to use DTDC service in Hospet special when the olg age man is in office. DTDC has to look into this

The same staff has been operational since last 25years, (just the location has been changed a couple of times), and they give great importance in terms of packaging, tracking and etc. All digital payments are also accepted.
