I had transported my Royal Enfield from Bangalore to Chandigarh on 17th April 2021. It reached at VRL panchkula on 22nd April 2021. I called on mobile No. Given on LR Receipt. They told to call on other No.s. Mr. Atmanand and Mr Som Dutt. These two are the worst fellows in VRL. They will not pickup the calls. Even I text them on WhatsApp, they did not respond after reading the text also. Worst service in Panchkula. When I went there and asked for bike , they told it has not reached and it is in Delhi right now. I checked near godown bike was lying outside. They agreed to gave after taking my Aadhar card No. Nobody helped to take out bike from cage and unpacking . All I did myself. Luckily everything was fine. Bike was completely safe.

Our shipment of medicine have been booked from Panchkula to Varanasi on 12 Jan'2021as per there words it should reach within a week but almost 11 days know couldn't received yet.
