I had the worst experience with DTDC courier here. I sent my laptop back to my employer as I was moving to another place. They charged me 2500 rs. for laptop shipment but still my ex-employer received laptop with broken screen. What kind of service is this ? My ex-employer has charged me with 20k repair bill for laptop and I have to suffer that in my settlement.
