Very disgusting experience with the DHL express service. The package i received in Kuwait was incomplete, that was packed from Ettumanoor branch. 98% of the items ( baby dress only ) were missing in that. Who will be responsible for it now. Instead of 1.9 kg we paid for 3 KG and extra 3 Kuwaiti Dinar we paid here as Tax before the delivery of items. Finally I received 2% of the actual items. Horrible 😣. To whom I should complain now

Very poor experience. Very irresponsible. Don't even contact you when they received the item and they will return it back to the sender. You have to wait for refund now. I have provided the correct phone number to them.When they sent me the refund email they mentioned the correct phone number, it might be their mistake while printing off label. I understand address is of main concern, while sending a courier. Address was provided very correctly and it was very easily locatable. You should have delivered it to the address rather than keeping it with you since 22nd and returning back on 4th.

Very very poor service... They wont even listen to you properly. all they need is money. I went to this store on May 28 of 2021. They were so rude that they could not even listen to what I ha dto say. and the worst thing is they even switched the ceiling fan off while I was writing down the address on the envelope and they dont give a damn about the customers satisfaction.

They won't deliver any items to home.They will tell regular excuse to customer that certain pincode are blocked in their system. Everytime they will ask their customers to collect from their office. They are charging higher amount for courier and the customer has to come to their office for collection. AWB Nos :38723729166 & 38723728514 1st AWB got picked up from my company and later returned back to the shipper by informing the reason-pincode not serviceable( PS.-Amount not returned back even though it is not my issue) 2nd AWB got delivered as i mentioned a different pincode for my address. (PS.- Here i have to go to their Ettumanoor DHL/Bluedart office and collect the courier.)
