The kechery DTDC office is carrying out excellent service, there is no reason for complaints, as a matter of fact there are several other courier services at kechery, but because of the good services given by the DTDC office kechery, we are they regular customers, a big salute to them

They don't deliver to the ADDRESS. I'm surprised why they accepted packages if they do not have service to the area. (P.S My home is near the State highway). Is this how a courier service works? Should I collect the packages from their office?!!! You need to change the name for sure. Door to Door! Reply: Got the call on 9th October from Kechery. I'm at Mundur 6kms away. Today is 17th. No sign of delivery or calls. I tried reaching. All phones switched off. Initially when I asked he said there's no delivery to my place. No delivery at 6km radius and that too for a prepaid courier! I've had the same experience several times. I can also see that many others also had the same issue from the reviews. Please ensure the courier is in your service area limits before accepting the package.

It is Desk to Desk Courier and not Door to Door. In short the customer has to go to the courier office and pick the package.
