The office is in the building next to Mathrubhumi MM press on cherootty road. Its an old big building with the warehouse(godown) located behind the same building. Office was not very crowded and the staff were very helpful and polite. Took few quick minutes to finish the procedures and payment before being led to the warehouse. The person in the warehouse spotted my parcel quite easily and quickly and managed to get some help from the loading/unloading guys to move the parcel to my vehicle. Overall a nice and easy one to collect my consignment.

Had booked a parcel from Delhi,Eventhough it was coming by a direct truck was delayed for delivery, the office staff was not able to give the correct delivery details when enquired and also the online tracking support system was not satisfactory.

Sir, At CALICUT main branch we unload 10 cartoon of cigarette lighter fully unloaded, after weight checking the consern person says we are not send this product, they already saw what is the product and all... This is false ethical in this category, if they are not taking my order or product can say earlier, loss of time and energy.
