Unprofessional, not delivering the courier which is ordered, irresponsible and callus attitude of staff. NEVER EVER BOOK DTDC Madikeri. Most of the time no service. Asks extra money for door delivery. Later they put msg saying "DTDC ##### couldn't be delivered due to RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE. Please validate by clicking ****DTDC doesn't seek any payment OTP." What the waste service it is.

I don't feel like giving a single Star. One of the worst Service ever I have seen. They don't respond at all even I call up to ask their address to collect parcel although it's their duty to deliver.
