Very poor service I assure that in future I will never take service of DTDC Very poor service. First they shows rescheduling of delivery without asking me but status was showing that I have requested. Later after making complaint they shows my parcel as delivered which was not delivered to me. And receiving person signature and number was also there but while calling on number number does not exist status was coming. After making continues calls and follow ups parcel delivered to me but condition of parcel was very bad and opened. I am adding photo of my parcel. It was book so not that much issues but just think if in parcel any valuable item was there ? It may have been damaged or stolen. Such a bad customer service I have never expected.

Worst delivery service one could ever imagine. They lost two parcels of mine and I've tried to contact numerous times for which no one responded either. Update: Despite losing two parcels in the past, their service has improved in recent times. Nowadays, I receive all my parcels on time and I hope that would be the case in the future too.

Very very irresponsible behavior of staff. Delivery agent refused to deliver at door. When asked he threatened to return my package and challenged me to raise a complaint. A package from Rajahmundry to Tuni (100km) took four days and on the fourth day it arrived but the delivery agent refused to delivery the package on the day. As it was a medical package containing medicines of value Rs.3000/- and are to be stored in a cool place, I requested him to deliver at door, as I am unable to pickup the courier myself. But refused to that and asked me to wait for another day. When I refused he challlenged to raise a complaint as I wish and also threatened me that he would return the package. and this my third time dealing with service in this manner.
