The major flipside of this courier service is callous attitude... - The prices are unreasonably high without any justification... - There is questionable safety of the parcel in transit with them... - No complaints or grievance handling mechanism or system in place... Overall, although they are used by many, however, think twice before handing over any expensive goods to be couriered...

For people who don't mind some delay for their courier and looking yo save some money, when you ask them the base rate they say 300 but when u ask them the rate for the delivery "by road" then u'll know the rate for that is 150. For some reason they never mention this when asked the base rate. And btw for packages a little bigger in size, (which don't fit in envelope that is) the rate is not based on weight but volume so try packing your stuff in smaller volumes.
