Illiterate people are handling this branch, they can't read or understand English, they fail to read emails and instructions and good up in routing the courier, and don't even realise that what kind of blunder they have done. DTDC is a good courier service company but if they let out their branches to some idotic people soon they will be at verge of closing down. Request to DTDC heads please look into this branch staff or owner handling they are total waste.

This is the first time I went as the delivery i had to be made was quite a quick like in a quick within 2days delivery and this mam here she said that it will be delivered tommorow itself in fast mode with extra charge of course. But it's fine... I would say one of the trusted ones is DTDC services ....so you can try it for yourselves
