Please instead of using DTDC , take the parcel yourself and deliver it. Will save you money, time and most importantly your health. The level of incompetence and dishonesty here will give you a sever case of high BP and rage. DTDC is second to none, it's not bad service, there is no service. It is closely followed in the second spot by bluefart, sorry Bluedart.

Horrible experience last time my 2 couriers sent back to HO without information even not called me single time and that too 2 time same courier sent back to HO. Worstest!!!!! Worst Service. Consignment reached Mangalore on 1st June 2019 . Till 6th June they are unable to deliver the same to the recipient. Every time representative told - ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY ! What a service from DTDC . Not eligible to get even Single Star rating.
