The Delivery Agent in Jalna is arrogant and hostile, not following the Covid19 instructions. When requested to wear mask in our premises, the delivery agent arrogantly refused to wear the mask and started shouting on us. The management should ensure that their staff should follow all the necessary precautions in this pandemic situation.
