They dont service pincodes just 2.5 km away from them and force elders to scramble and find someone else to pick up the consignment from them, no matter the value of the item. They should explicitly mention in their IVR and system that they dont service pincodes which are closer to their address rather than letting distant parties book a consignment to those pincodes and further giving a headache to customers. Their reply that the office that serves 691005 is permanently closed down is lame, irresponsible and unethical after taking all the money for shipping from northern parts of India.

Though the name is Door To Door, they don't do that always. You need to go to their place and collect it. Not sure still why they take shipment to places where they dont have delivery. Pathetic.
