I love this courier.....as it was so fast and safe for our packages, but the thing i dont like is high prices. Even it was a package of document it would be priced heavily. And the good thing is, even in holidays you can collect your delivery if u need. So, can be preferred for emergency couriers and safe transport.

Worst DTDC center, delivery is really late and updates the reason as door is locked and customer requested for another date. They never call the customer and just add the comments.

They always hold the courier for a day or two. I had my brother medicines courier from a company and they have a tie-up with DTDC and they courier it through them and these guys hold it and won't deliver and had to go the store for pick up. This has been 3 times so far and no one calls us to inform they received a courier, we track, we call and we enquire and thats when we find our courier arrived. Poor Services.

Note : I suggest you to visit the warangal branch which is infront of warangal Post office or you can check in the Google maps if you are confused or new. Best response from there and good service provided.

Raised complaint on customer care on 22/10/2020 they said document is out for delivery. Still know not reached to me.
