DTDC Ravi Nagar forged my fathers signature on Authority letter that mentioned custom tax.They did not even bother to explain to my father about the import tax.The package I received in the UK was damaged with all sweets crushed and boxes were mangled.I wish I could slap a fraud case on them for forging signature and for their white lies.
