The journey from Pune to Hospet was not very good because the bus was not very comfortable in terms of its seats, And also it arrived almost 2 hours late to the pick up station which is why are journey Got delayed by 2 hours to our destination. On the flip side the journey from Hospet to Pune was amazing, the pick up timing was right on time and we reached much much before the destination timing in the mornings and the seats were excellent

The Hospet- Pune bus was super late on both sides, while coming and going. The minimum wait time was 3 hours on both ends. This is not expected from a renowned travel company like VRL. There was zero accountability from the staff...highly dissatisfied and disappointed!!
