Useless transport service, I had to visit ther office all the way, then staff asked consigning copy in order to hand over my parcel which was addressed to me. Ruined my day over a goddam parcel.. I would suggest to look for alternatives. These are pathetic.. Don't waste time with VRL

Worst customer service. I had to wait for more than 1 hour for 5 mins of work. The lady works in the office has such attitude she thinks she is owning VRL. They do not respond and always delay in service and too costly.

We had sent our sons scooter from Mangalore to Bangalore and everything went off without any hitch. The scooter was packed and transported to Bangalore and handed over to us without any delay/ damage.

I had visited this place. It was somewhere in the end of the city. A smell which was unbearable. as i and my sister visited this place those men's I mean the people who work there were staring at my sister and doing some kinds of sound.the people who were at the counter were staring at my sister instead of doing their job. While I spoke to them they were speaking to me with a lot of attitude and to my sister in a good way.not all the staffs were like that but some.the transportation charges are Very costly here.instead of shipping it over here we can give it by the train service.the roads are filled with path holes and water filled in it.worst place ever.the place where they keep their goods are in a bad conditions.worst place ever.never expected this from VRL MANGALURU
