Simply returns the courier without calling the recipient. Irresponsible and lack of professional ethics. I got my courier after complaining twice to DTDC. Such a worst service.

Not responsive .I placed courier for job apply with my marks card copies and DD on 19th SEP 2020 today is 30th SEP 2020. Not yet delivered. I called office branch they were not ready to tell what exactly happened to my courier. I tracked my courier with ID it show 200 km from delivery location from last 5days. I thought tracking system not working. Then called again one of his office lady told that they missed my courier. And they were asking again my marks card copies to place new courier instead, of telling my old courier details. I never expect this answer from DTDC. if u place courier. Branch people not checking TAT of customer courier they simply take order from customer that's it. If they checked TAT of customer couriers might be my courier got delivered on time. I planned to put complaint regarding this. And people who were planning courier. Don't go with this ,better to go speed post etc.
