very worst transport, who are not responsible for package delivery. I have ordered 7 parcel but they given only 4 parcel remaining 3 has given after 2 days. but i have ordered 7 parcel at same time. And no one are answerable at there

Good service. But office hours can be increased up to atleast 7.30 pm for delivery. This will be helpful for everybody especially who is working and come back by evening. This is my suggestion. Often they are facing server issue. Due to that not able to book hours together. There is no alternative or manual booking options available. Because of this issues more customers are waiting. Management can arrange to short out this issues and arrange alternative options for the booking. This is my suggestions.

Vrl logistics is good but the person sitting in cash counter i think he has some hearing problem due to his careless he shouted on customer management pls take care of him
