Never recommend their service to anyone . I wonder how they are in courier business. First they don’t allow us to pack and misguide us. Next for them , packing is just dumping everything in a box . No matter if it’s fragile or something which leaks or expensive. Everything was broken and mixed with food and expensive clothes were destroyed. No cover on the box as well. It was wet in rain n opened while it arrived . They have no courtesy to even apologise. Or improve : instead that manager shows attitude as if we wasted his time . They are Just there for money . Pathetic services and extremely poor packing. No accountability .

Too expensive. I had a parcel for 2.7kg for sending to Kerala and they charged me for 4kg. And the reason was to round of the weight. In which world is 2.7 kg rounded of to 4kg inspite of 3kg? Won't send from them again.

Very bad system. No courier delivery. If asked, they say door lock. There is no common sense to come home and ring the bell. Although there is a mobile number, it does not make calls. No delivery, non-delivery or return information is given through the message. When we call, we do not receive. If received accidentally, he will give another number. The person does not receive the call. This is a very irresponsible company that does not deliver and answer both the item and the money.

An absolute joke of a courier service, hard to believe they're still surviving as a business. This is a service that does not even deliver to your doorstep, instead, you have to travel kilometres upon kilometres to their offices to pick up your courier. This past week, I suddenly got a call that a package has arrived at the local office and that I had to collect it ASAP on the very same. As I was out of town, this was not possible. I was then told they would send it over to the head office for holding for 3-4 days and that I could collect it from there. However, I found that they had immediately sent it back to the sender from the head office. This is after they stated that there would be 3 attempts for delivery. In reality, they attempted only 1 delivery on a day chosen by them and then sent the courier back to its origin. On top of this, the employees at the branch and head office had the audacity to shout back at the customer, blaming us for not being available on a specific day to pick up the package. If you're looking for heights of incompetency, irresponsibility and lack of accountability, look no further than DTDC, specifically the Mysore branches.
