Went for a laptop courier last week and was hugely disappointed to the point that I had to return back without couriering the laptop. Firstly it was just around 7pm when people managing the center claimed to already log off the system for the day while their operation hours are mentioned till 9pm. Upon request they did log in again but to my surprise they didn't have any packaging material with them to package my laptop which is a great disappointment for a courier center. They kept on saying I need to pack my laptop myself and only then they can get get booking done. Also the courier prices are sky high almost twice the price for dtdc or bkuedart. I will surely not visit this center again in future
