Chai for customers was a treat. Having a price for freight reduced from Rs.800000 to Rs.10500 in the space of five minutes and being told they only accept cash payments made us somewhat suspicious of the staff. The office is a bit rundown and I'm sure people at DHL headquarters would not be willing to work in such an environment. We had to wait 20 minutes for service but the tea was good. Ultimately our goods were packaged so here's hoping they get where they were intended to go!

Please guys dont make this mistake by hiring their service I hired them for bike moving from jaipur to Mumbai they told me it they will charge 5600 after 6 days I called them for my bike info but they said your bike is down by rto in bail gaon now they want 7000 more for insurance please guys don't book their service for anything and the staff are the worst they dont receive calls or answer your messages they will fool you everyday and they didn't got me shipping no or tracking no and they said they will drop bike at jaipur back and they won't refund money back so please guys dont make this mistake
