I have recently used this courier for couriering some baby essentials that too domestic from Hassan to Pune on November-20 -2020 The package was damaged, tried calling them there were no response hence sent pictures to his what's app number and even registered complaint in DTDC. Still no response, they are not professionals, I suggest not to use this courier service for any purpose, it is waste of our hard earned money.
